Flexibility is our guiding principle
We try to cover the widest possible portfolio of workpieces and batch sizes by means of a universally structured production. In order for a workpiece to suit us, it should fulfil as many of the following points as possible:
- Lot size 1 – 10000
- Weight ≤ 1000 Kg
- Diameter ≤ 800 mm
- Lenght ≤ 2000 mm
- Material from our material table
- special requirements for documentation, material or tolerances
We spend the same attention on unique specimen and small series as we do on mass production. Some of our clients, constructers of special machines for example, are obliged to offer their buyers individual solutions. We enjoy manufacturing series of only a few pieces just as much as we like to indulge in mass-production. Our machinery is specially designed to complete even the most unconventional tasks in an economical yet professional way. And if a part of the requirement – the geometry or the material, for example – suits our program, it does not really matter, how many pieces we are asked to produce.
The more the merrier! In our production line, mass production ranges from lot sizes of fifty up to ten thousand pieces. That is why our machines and their respective operators work every day – and if required, longer hours. We drill, we mill, we grind, we quench and temper most prevalent materials, all in order to craft the perfect product for your needs in just the right quantity.
Measuring

Our manufacturing and QA departments have more than 2000 measuring and testing devices at their disposal.
Among other things, our 3D coordinated measuring machine Zeiss Contura G2 RDS allows us to measure workpieces down to a tolerance of less than 0.005mm as well as to reliably evaluate form and position tolerances.
Furthermore, several of our production machines are equipped with in-process measuring systems in order to be able to produce continuous quality at all times.
Sawing
from ∅20 to ∅520 – for example on Kasto-Tec AC5
Our 5 NC-controlled band saws ensure perfect cuts. From the saw width to the number of pieces, we can monitor and adjust the entire process at any time, and do so with such process reliability that even unmanned shifts can easily produce the quality we are accustomed to.
Even though the sawing process is usually only one production step for us up to the finished component: If you wish, we are also happy to take on contract sawing work for you.
Turning
to ∅250 –for example on CTX Beta 800
On our classic universal lathes, which are all CNC controlled, we manufacture small and medium batch sizes for you.
Flexibility is our motto here, so that a wide range of parts can be manufactured at any time without major set-up times.
Complete machining with live tools is also possible here.
Heavy Cutting
to ∅800 – for example on CTX Gamma 1250
On our large lathing machines we produce turned parts up to Ø800mm and 1000mm length.
Up to 80KW drive power and a powerful torque of up to 4000Nm ensure that we can conquer almost any material.
Turning "large series"
to ∅160 – for example on CTV 250
Do you want a little more?
We can implement large quantities of up to 10,000 parts any time using modern processes such as vertical pick-up turning or other automation. And all this with the shortest possible lead times and the highest possible productivity.
Turning "small series"

For single pieces and smallest quantities we rely on simple universal CNC lathes.
This allows us to achieve fast set-up times and low machine downtimes, and therefore we can offer competitive prices from quantity "1".
Milling
to ∅200 – for example on Brother S1000X
Our fast machining centers can handle lighter milling and drilling work for you.
Tool change times of less than one second and accelerations of more than 2G ensure that productivity is fully in focus here as well.
Five-axis-milling
to ∅700 – to expample on DMF 260
We can also do five-axis work!
Whether three-plus-two or five-axis simultaneous: Thanks to our modern machinery, there are few limits. In addition, our CAD / CAM system ensures that the latest machining strategies can always be implemented.
Grinding
to ∅400 – on G&N MPS
Surface grinding up to Ø400 while maintaining high surface and dimensional tolerances is also part of our portfolio.
Tumbling
to ∅150 – on Walter Trowal
For the perfect finish
we rely on a Walter Trowal vibratory grinding system. This allows us to remove surface defects and burrs quickly and reliably.
Laser marking
to ∅400 on Acsys Piranha
If the workpiece should speak for itself
we recommend marking on our laser system. Here we mark large parts up to Ø400, or up to 500 small parts in one laser batch. And that in several variations:
Marking of surface layers without damaging the corrosion protection (e.g. galvanized parts)
White marking on blackened / burnished workpieces
Engraving up to 1mm depth
Temper marking
Plastic inscriptions on common industrial plastics
Logos and graphics can be implemented at any time

Knowing today what you need tomorrow
...isn’t always possible. But we can prepare for maximum spontaneity on the market and corresponding material requirements. Therefore our 1000m² -large warehouse usually holds 400 tons of raw material - common as well as more specific ones.
At short notice, we effortlessly draw non-stores materials, measurements and qualities from our international supplier network. Even with the most unusual materials our purchasing department has no trouble whatsoever in finding out the current quickest and economical solution.
