The Dorfmüller quality control system has a long tradition.

We introduced the first formalized procedure according to AD-W0/TRD100 back in the 1980s. This was soon followed by ISO 9002. Both requirements fitted in with the quality assurance already practiced in-house without any major changes and were continuously developed and integrated into production over the years. For example, the resulting thread file for electronic test equipment management and monitoring was made available to the work preparation department to prevent errors when transferring tolerances. Modern measuring equipment, which is subject to constant monitoring, helps us to achieve optimum component quality at all times.

We are certified for ISO 9001:2015.

Experience, classic testing equipment and state-of-the-art equipment are not only required for the quality inspection of parts subject to mandatory approval. We continuously invest in new machines and measuring equipment in order to optimally meet our customers' requirements.

Dorfmüller has been ISO 9001 certified since 1994. Since then we have been working on perfecting our quality management system step by step.

AD 2000 W0

We are an ADW-certified manufacturer of parts for pressure vessel construction.

3.1 Acceptance test certificate

On request, we can provide you with an acceptance test certificate in accordance with EN10204 for each delivery, thus ensuring that you can trace your goods from the finished part back to the melt without any gaps.

3.2 Acceptance test certificate

We work together with all common inspection companies in order to be able to deliver your goods with inspection certificate 3.2 according to EN 10204 on request. In addition to the TÜV, these include companies such as DNV GL, BV, ABS, LR and many more.

Sustainability as a quality feature

Since the expansion of our production halls in 2008, we have been operating one of the largest photovoltaic plants in the city of Remscheid. In this process, we have completely converted our energy supply to green electricity and use economical LED lighting throughout the company to ensure that we do not consume more resources than necessary. Because, in our opinion, this is also a quality feature.
