Our GUS-type locknuts provide reliable locking at high speeds,
vibration & change of direction of rotation and can be used in a wide range of application temperatures.
Locking method:
The spring steel ring creates a tension opposite to the bolt tension and prevents unintentional loosening.
Note:
The nuts in the GUS series have a higher tendency to seize due to their design.
If the focus is on damage-free screwing and unscrewing, we recommend our Dorfmüller precision locknuts DRS, KMT/-A and STM-R.
